SUMMER PROGRAM DETAILS

Each week of our summer programs will feature programming that includes: STEM, arts & crafts and social recreation that ties into each week's specific theme as well as additional theme specific programming. Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided!

Our Summer Camps will be available for all members K-8th grade (based on 2023/2024 academic year).

*Please note: we are unable to accommodate Transitional Kindergarten (TK) students this Summer.

Each program week will have a registration capacity of 125 members.

Weekly Themes:

Week 1 June 24th-28th BGCA week

No Club July 1st-5th

Week 2 July 8th-12th - Art Week

Week 3 July 15th-19th - Science Week

Week 4 July 22nd-26th - Sports Week

Week 5 July 29th-August 2nd - Music Week

Week 6 Aug 5th-9th - Water Week

Pricing per member:

$100 per week or $500 for all six weeks. (Membership must be paid in full before the member can attend programs.)

BGCGS will work with you to try to ensure that all eligible children can attend our summer programs without the families having to take on unnecessary financial burden. Additional financial assistance is available. (See below for additional details)

Monday - Friday

June 24th - August 9th (no Club July 1st-5th)

8 AM - 4 PM

Location:

All Camps will take place at our Sisson site.

(Some weeks will include fieldtrips off site)

STEPS TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION

*Please note: upon registration, it takes 48 hours to process. Failure to complete the Parent Handbook AND Membership Application will result in an incomplete registration.

  1. Complete the Summer 2023 online registration information packet found on our website
  2. Complete the Summer 2023 Parent Handbook found on our website
  3. Pay- you may make payments online, by mail, or in-person at our Administrative Office located at 803 Cedar Street, Mount Shasta, CA


FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

*Please note: our financial assistance application process has changed this year.

BGCGS is working with the Siskiyou Child Care Council to try to ensure that all eligible children can attend our summer programs without the families having to take on unnecessary financial burden. Please reach out to us regarding our financial assistance program and process.
