2025/26 School Year Afterschool Programs Session 1 (August-December 2025)

Fee and Registration Details:

Our school year programs have a two session structure with Session 1 covering August to December and Session 2 Covering January-June of the 2025/2026 MSUSD school year calendar.

The After-School Program membership fee will be $100 per session.

This fee remains at $100 regardless of your child's attendance or registration date during the session.

Additional fees may apply for specialty programs throughout the year (e.g., Mountain Biking, Summer Programs, etc.).

We offer financial assistance to those who may need it. Please email info@bgcgreatershasta for more information regarding our financial assistance application and/or payment plan options.

Due to our increased enrollment and an increased average daily attendance at each Club site, for the safety of our members and the capacity of our staff and facilities we will be setting an enrollment cap at each site.

Mount Shasta elementary will be serving TK- 3rd grade students. Eligibility for the program will be based on their enrollment grade and status, not age. Our capacity at our MSE site is 125 members.

Sisson Middle School will be serving 4th-8th grade students. Eligibility for the program will be based on their enrollment grade and status, not age. Our capacity at our Sisson site is 55 members.

Registration Process:

To successfully register for our program, you must complete the three steps outlined below. Registration is not complete unless all three steps are completed. If we reach capacity and you have not completed all steps, your spot will be given to someone on the waitlist.

1. Complete the Online Membership Application Form
2. Read and Sign the Parent Handbook
3. Submit Payment for Membership Fees

Important: Ensure all three steps are completed promptly to secure your child's spot.
